You may cancel your K&A Services LLC subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to your services until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or partial credits are provided for unused subscription periods.

Refunds

Refundable Circumstances

Non-Technical Situations
1) Accidental purchase of optional services such as EDS, RBS, or Download Insurance.
2) Purchase of an incorrect product that is exchanged for the correct one. The original item will be refunded.
3) Duplicate purchases of identical or similar software. One of the purchases will be refunded.
4) Failure to receive a registration code or email within 24 hours, combined with no response from support.
5) Situations where technical challenges force the customer to buy an alternative solution. Refunds or exchanges may be granted.
Technical Problems
Products with unresolved technical issues that persist for more than 30 days may be eligible for a refund if the user chooses not to wait for an update.
Once a refund is processed, associated licenses and access will be disabled.
For downloadable versions, uninstall the software. For physical discs, the disc must be destroyed and the software uninstalled.
Refund payments will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, or PayPal). Processing typically takes 48–72 hours depending on the financial institution.
